Estimates: Once your project has been accepted, Sanders RF Consulting will provide rough estimates for cost and design cycle time.

Rates:

• $100/hour for engineering services.
• $1200/day to meet and/or work with clients at our facility.
• $1600/day for work conducted at the client's facilities.

Retainer: A retainer fee of $500 USD is required from all new clients before work begins.  This covers 5 hours of consultation and is deducted from the final bill.

Service Agreement: A signed service agreement is required for all new clients.

Billing Schedule and Payment Methods Accepted: Invoices are sent bi-weekly and due net 15 days. We accept checks, money orders, or PayPal credit card payments. To make a PayPal credit card payment, you may click on the button below:
